3 lbs chicken pieces cooked, boned, cubed
(or 1 -1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts)
1 lb broccoli, partially cooked
Sauce:
2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp curry powder
1 tsp mustard
In a 9x13 pan, layer the broccoli and chicken and then pour the sauce on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until it bubbles. Serve over cooked rice.
*If you need to get everything into one dish to take somewhere put 3-4 cups of cooked rice on the chicken and then top with the sauce. (The curry powder is the secret ingredient.)
