Quick and Easy Blender Salsa

1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes 
1 (10 oz) can original Rotel 
1/2 small onion, roughly chopped
1 clove garlic, peeled and smashed
1/2-1 jalapeno, seeded or not (depends on how spicy you like it)
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
small to medium size handful of cilantro, washed
juice of 1 lime

Put all the ingredients in the base of a food processor or good blender and pulse to combine for 30 seconds or so, until all the ingredients are finely chopped and salsa is desired consistency. Taste for seasoning and adjust to taste. Serve with chips or over tacos.

Artichoke Dip

 1 regular can of artichokes in water
1 little jar of marinated artichokes, drain and rinse
6 Tbsp mayo
6 Tbsp sour cream
1 small can diced chilies
2 cups grated cheese, Jack and cheddar

Squeeze out all liquid in artichokes and put on a towel. Mix artichokes together and layer in bottom of pan. Mix together mayo, sour cream, and chilies and spread over artichokes. Top with cheese. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Little Weanies

12 oz jar chili sauce ("Homemade" Brand)
12 oz jar grape jelly
1 package of franks or 1 1/2 lbs of meatballs
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp brown sugar
dash of garlic powder

Heat chili sauce, grape jelly, and spices. Add cooked sliced franks or meatballs.

Sourdough Bread and Dip

8 oz cream cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 large jar chipped beef, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
Loaf of round bread
Crackers

Mix all ingredients together. Hollow out loaf of bread. Cut the removed bread into cubes. Fill bread bowl with the dip mixture, cover with foil and cook at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Then brown bread pieces in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Use cubes of bread or crackers to eat the dip.

Cheese Ball

2 - 8oz packages cream cheese (softened)
1 jar Old English (You can find this near the Velvetta cheese.)
3 cups grated cheese
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 Tbsp dry parsley

Mix well. Form into 2-3 balls. Roll in chopped walnuts. Wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate until serving.
