2 quarts apple cider
1 tsp whole allspice
6 whole cloves (or more)
1 stick cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup orange juice
1/3 cup lemon juice
Simmer cider with spices about 30 minutes. Add juices and strain.
Can be served immediately or reheated later. About 20 servings.
Sugar may be cut down.

Lemon Water
1 gal water
3 cups sugar
1 Tbsp citric acid (pharmacy)
1 tsp lemon extract
Float lemons/limes on top. Serve with lots of ice.
Drink for weddings
To make 10 gallons:
10 gallons water
10 lbs sugar
1 bottle citric acid
2 small schillings extract
Approximately $25 for 10 gallons.

Orange Julius

1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
1/2 cup milk
1/2 ice water
1/4 cup sugar or less
1/2 tsp vanilla
5-6 ice cubes
Blend 30 seconds. Makes 3 cups.

Hot Chocolate

1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 cup powdered milk
1/8 tsp salt
That's it! Mix this together and store. To serve, add 1/4 cup mix to 1 cup hot water. Add a drop of vanilla extract, mint extract or coconut extract for fun flavor.
