1 loaf french bread, cut into small pieces
6 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 cup butter
2 cup brown sugar
4 Tbsp light corn syrup (1/4 cup)
1 cup chopped pecans
The night before place bread in 9x13 pan. Combine eggs, milk, vanilla, & spices. Pour over bread, cover and refrigerate.Combine last four ingredients & pour over bread mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
