Glaze for Ham

(Amie)

1 1/4 cups brown sugar

1/3 cup pineapple juice

1/3 cup honey

1/3 of a large orange juiced and zested

2 Tbsp Dijon mustard

1/4 tsp ground cloves

Bring to a boil, simmer 5 to 10 minutes. Pour over ham and bake as desired.
