Gulliver's Creamed Corn

2 packages (20 oz) frozen kernel corn
8 oz milk (1/2 pint)
8 oz whipping cream (1/2 pint)
1 tsp salt
5 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp accent (optional)
pinch of white pepper
2 Tbsp flour
2 Tbsp melted butter

Combine all ingredients except butter and flour and bring to a boil. Blend flour with butter, cook in a sauce pan for 5 minutes. Combine with corn mixture and heat through.
