3-4 chicken breast cut into cubes
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cub brown sugar
2 tsp fresh grated ginger root
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/4 cup honey
3 diced garlic cloves
2 cups water
Bring to boil all of the above, then reduce to simmer for 1 hour. Remove chicken then add cornstarch to above mixture to thicken sauce. Return chicken at this time. Vegetables can be added to sauce. Serve over rice.
