1/4 cup butter
2 Tbsp sugar
11 graham crackers, finely crumbled
Mix together and pat into a 9" spring form pan.
Combine:
3 (8oz) pkgs cream cheese
4 beaten eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 tsp vanilla
Beat until light and frothy. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes (until center is firm).
Blend:
1 cup sour cream
3 1/2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Remove pie from oven. Allow to cool for 5 minutes. Pour sour cream over the top. Return to oven and bake 10 minutes. Cool in fridge at least 5 hours.
