1 cup sugar
1 cup light Karo
Dissolve over low heat.
Add 12 oz peanut butter (1 1/2 cups)
Stir mixture into 5-6 cups of Special K cereal. Press into a 9x13 pan.
Melt 12 oz of butterscotch chips and 12 oz of chocolate chips together and frost.
