CRUST:
1 package Yellow Cake Mix ( measure one cup and put it aside in another bowl for the topping)
1/2 cup butter
1 egg
Mix in a bowl and then pat it down in a pan (I get my hands wet, the mix can be sticky) Pan size 9 by 13.
FILLING:
1 - 14 ounce can of pumpkin
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
Pour filling over crust.
TOPPING:
The reserved 1 cup of cake mix
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup of butter softened, not melted
Sprinkle topping all over. Cover and bake at 350 for 50 to 60 mins. You can decide how you like it 50 minutes makes the inside a little more runny. 60 minutes hardens it a little more. Either way is delicious
