Sweet Chicken Salad

(DeDe)

3 cups cooked chicken (canned ok)
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 cup celery, finely diced
2-3 cups red grapes
1 cup mayo
1 cup cool whip

Mix all ingredients together.
