Dressing

1 box (2 bags) Peppridge Farms bread crumbs
1 lb sausage
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 tsp sage
1-2 cans chicken stock
1 cube butter, melted
pepper

Brown sausage and onion together. Mix with the rest of the ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
