Sweet Baby Rays Original BBQ Sauce
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 bag frozen corn
Boboli pizza crust
2-3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
tomato, diced
avocado, diced
Spread BBQ sauce on crust. Top with black beans and corn. Cover with shredded cheese. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese bubbles.
Top with tomatoes and avocado before serving.
